How to Apply for Scholarship Grant?

Step 1: Open www.cavite.gov.ph/psp from your web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.


Step 2: Click Apply Now! button to open the application form page.


Step 3: Check your E-mail Account and verify your PSP account registration.

Step 4: Login your PSP Account.

Step 5: Click the My Profile Tab and Fill-up all the fields and check boxes appropriate in your application. Read the Instructions on filling the form to avoid sending invalid information. Please see IMPORTANT NOTICE above the Application Form.


Step 6: You must agree to Oath and click the Save Personal Information button to save your PSP profile.


Step 7: Under the My Profile Tab, click on the Apply Scholarship button. Read the Application Important Notice and fill-up all the fields. Lastly, agree to Oath and click the Submit Scholarship Application button.


Step 8: Check the list of Qualified Students to be posted in this website.



Requirements

1. Applicant's letter letter addressed to Hon. Jesus Crispin "Boying" C. Remulla, Provincial Governor.

2. Copy of Registration Form for CURRENT Semester/Trimester, Academic Year 2018-2019 (Note: Please bring original for verification.)

3. Original Certificate of Grades from the previous semester/trimester duly signed by University/College Registrar, with dry seal if applicable (Note: Photocopy of class cards will not be accepted.) for First Year Students: CERTIFICATION of Grades duly signed by HS/SHS registrar, with dry seal if applicable.

4. Copy of Birth Certificate (PSA-authenticated or Local Civil Registry copy).

5. Original Certificate of Indigency from Barangay or Municipal/City Social Welfare Office.

6. Original Barangay Clearance with dry seal (if applicable) and signature of Punong Barangay and applicant.

7. Photocopy of valid ID (school ID duly countersigned for the present semester/trimester OR any government-issued ID).
