Responsive Education and Manpower Development

In its aim to make education available especially to the underprivileged youth and children, the provincial government will expand support measures and access to education and initiate reforms to upgrade the quality of education. As for the expanded access to education, the provincial government will grant financial assistance and special scholarship funds to deserving and underprivileged students through the Provincial Scholarship Programs and a Responsive Education Program to meet the demand for Highly Skilled Manpower.

Provincial Scholarship Program is a continuing effort of the present administration to provide free education and other means to educate the children. The scholarship fund intended for the program will be fully utilized to help more poor and deserving students to have better and higher education. The program will provide full scholarship, partial scholarship and financial assistance to all qualified students residing in Cavite enrolling of courses of their choice.

As Cavite will be promoted as a premier investment venue, the government would be aiming for the employment of its people in the different industries and prospective business. It will also provide assistance for the skills development program to produce world class personnel making the province more attractive to investment and conductive to industrial growth.
