PG-ENRO Programs

The project is a collaborative effort between the Cavite Provincial Government and Municipal Government of Imus with the support of the concerned Barangays and Community Organizations.  This aims to initiate an activity that will show cooperation and awareness of the Imuseños towards environmental protection and preservation. Known for its revolutionary attribute, the “IMUSEÑO: REBOLUSYONARYO PARA SA KALIKASAN” was conceptualized for the said project. Clean-up operation is being conducted every Saturday in nine (9) barangay clusters in Imus, Cavite which commenced last January 9, 2010.

This is a continuous project of the provincial government of Cavite thru Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) Division, Provincial Government- Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO) in coordination with the local government units.  Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), volunteers, students, and the community are encourage to participate in the mangrove planting and coastal clean-up activity.
