Gov. Ayong launched Oplan Linis Imus Project

The Province of Cavite thru its conscientious and environmental minded governor launched the Oplan Linis Imus Project early this year thru the Provincial Government Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO) headed by Engr. Rolinio P. Pozas in coordination with the Municipality of Imus thru the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) headed by Mrs. Corazon Z. del Mundo.		This project aims to initiate an activity that will show cooperation and awareness of the Imuseños towards environmental protection and preservation. Known for its revolutionary attribute, the “IMUSEÑO: REBOLUSYONARYO PARA SA KALIKASAN” was conceptualized for the said project. Clean-up operation is being conducted every Saturday in nine (9) barangay clusters in Imus, Cavite which commenced last January 9, 2010.

The project is a collaborative effort between the Cavite Provincial Government and Municipal Government of Imus with the support of the concerned Barangays and Community Organizations.
